Ive broken one of my cats teeth?

i was putting a flea tablet into my kittens mouth and to my horror i realised i snapped one of his little teeth off. He spat it out but didnt cry or anything.

The kitten will loose these teeth anyway and as long as you didn%26#039;t break it vertically (up and down towards the gum line) or up high enough for it to bleed,, it will be fine. It is better though not to force these pills down a small cat or kittens throat. It can cause more stress and damage than just a broken tooth. Disolve it in a tiny bit of water or soft food or even use a small babies liquid syringe (like baby tylenol). You will have much better results.

If he stops eating or cries alot then take him to the vet, just explain what happened %26amp; he should file it down for him.The main thing is he didn%26#039;t swallow it, they are really sharp, he could have scratched his throat. xxx
