My father had his heart tested, he was put under. During the test, his teeth were broken, who is liable?

who is responsible for the cost of repair?

That%26#039;s just sad. I%26#039;m sorry. Do you know how they broke? more details would be helpful. I hope he%26#039;s doing ok.
Reply:He should get the reports of the procedure, which should describe what was done, who did it and what happened. If he was intubated, and the anesthesiologist forced the tube in, then the anesthesiologist is responsible. The hospital may be partially responsible, in a legal sense. He should consider getting legal advice within 90 days to determine if he should file a claim or a complaint against any of the doctors or the hospital.
Reply:I would imagine the anesthesiologist, but thats hard. Hope everything other than the teeth, turned out ok!!!
Reply:The anesthesiologist who inserted the tube down his throat. (Unless he has false teeth, then IDK!!!!!) If you raise a big enough stink, they%26#039;ll pay for the repairs but whatever you do, do not get it done w/ one of their affiliates. (retaliation.....)
