There aren%26#039;t nutrients or anything that are broken down by the teeth themselves (well, unless you%26#039;re talking about the actual mechanical means of chewing your food.) Your saliva does have enzymes that help start the digestion process and cleanse your mouth of cavity causing bacteria.
